The Process
Each chair starts from the moment you reach out with your idea or vision. One of our favorite parts of this whole thing is getting to know our customers, sharing stories, and working together to build something beautiful and unique. When you work with us, there are no limits around design. Each component of your chair is fully customizable - from the size, to the species of wood, to the color. The options are endless, and we operate in this way to ensure that each chair that comes out of our shop is the first of its kind.
Once the vision has a direction, the materials are sourced and the build process begins. We build chairs from 1 seaters all the way to 4 seaters, and each dimension from height to width to depth can be cusom tailored to fit your space exactly as needed.
Each piece of tubing that is used for our chairs ois hand bent and formed in the backwoods of Whitefish, Montana.
Once the bending and forming are complete, each piece is fitted up and welded together. Our owner Drew is a certified structural steel welder. We often get the question "how much weight can these chairs hold?" The answer? More weight than what would ever be necessary!
Upon completion of the fabrication process, we send the chairs over to the best Powder Coating operation we have here in the Flathead Valley. We recognize that painting is not our specilaty, so we out source this part of the process to make sure the finish is impeccable.
For the final step, we fit up the wooden bench, put our "stamp of approval" on it, and finish it with a smooth polyurethane clear coat. Then comes our favorite part, delivery to our valued customers!
