Your chairs are carefully packaged and prepared for safe delivery to their destination. If your chair arrives with any damage, you are responsible for noting damages on the shipping BOL before signing and taking photos of the damage before and after unwrapping the chair. These steps are mandatory in order to file a damaged item claim with the freight companies.
